ILLINOIS CONCEALED CARRY RENEWAL (3 Hours)

COURSE CONTENT: This 3-hour course meets the requirements for Illinois Concealed Carry renewal.
Two hours of classroom includes updates to Illinois and federal firearms laws governing concealed carry in Illinois, updates in the Criminal Code Sections listed in Section 1231.10; and appropriate and lawful interaction with law enforcement while transporting or carrying a concealed firearm. Time permitting, situational awareness and performance degradation and firearm manipulation in a high stress environment will also be covered.
One hour of range time includes a live fire qualification with a concealable firearm using a B-27 silhouette target consisting of a minimum of 30 rounds and 10 rounds from a distance of 5 yards, 10 rounds from a distance of 7 yards and 10 rounds from a distance of 10 yards.
WHAT TO BRING: A valid driver’s license or state issued photo identification card, hearing & eye protection and a black ink pen. Please arrive 30 minutes early for registration. The shooting portion of the course is outside; dress for about an hour outside.
You may bring your own firearm and a minimum of 50 rounds of ammunition –OR- you may use our firearms and ammunition at no extra charge.
